Ocean Prime’s Happy Hour is making waves at 63 City Center, tucked between Aria and The Cosmopolitan, right where the Strip lights hit peak sparkle. From 3PM – 6PM, you can indulge at either of their two stylish bars. The main bar faces one of Vegas’ most iconic intersections, where giant LED billboards put on a free light show while you sip half-off cocktails and wines.
