Ai Pazzi took over the former Spiedini Fiamma space inside the recently renovated JW Marriott, and Viviani has been vocal that this is just the beginning โ a pizza counter and Mediterranean oyster bar along the main promenade are also part of the plan. For Summerlin, that’s a significant upgrade. This corner of the valley has always had good neighborhood dining, but a Top Chef alum with 40+ venues and a Florentine culinary pedigree is a different caliber.
