The most beautiful restaurant in Las Vegas doesn’t do happy hour. It does something better: a late-night menu that lets you sit inside one of the most meticulously designed rooms on the Strip โ jazz playing, the room glowing, the whole 1950s supper club fantasy intact โ without committing to the full dinner tab.
Order This:
- Delilah’s Famous Chicken Tenders $29ย spicy BBQ, buttermilk ranch, and hot honey, served in a room that costs more per square foot than most penthouse suites
- The Burger $39ย dry-aged Angus, American cheese, special sauce, shoestring fries; exactly what you want at midnight
-
- Wagyu Yakitori Skewers $49 yuzu kosho, wasabi, shiso; the late-night flex move
The late-night menu at Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas runs Thursday through Saturday from 10:30 PM until close. It’s not a discount โ nothing here is cheap โ but it is access. Designer Todd Avery-Lenahan data-mined decades of old Strip photography to build this room, and it shows in every chandelier and banquette. Coming in late means the dinner crowd has thinned, the band is in full swing, and you’re getting the full experience for the price of a few plates. Reservations recommended. 21+
