The late-night menu at Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas runs Thursday through Saturday from 10:30 PM until close. It’s not a discount โ nothing here is cheap โ but it is access. Designer Todd Avery-Lenahan data-mined decades of old Strip photography to build this room, and it shows in every chandelier and banquette. Coming in late means the dinner crowd has thinned, the band is in full swing, and you’re getting the full experience for the price of a few plates. Reservations recommended. 21+
