This is a pizzeria built by three friends โ George Karpaty, Tony Gemignani, and Trevor Hewitt โ who treat the room like nightlife as much as a restaurant, complete with DJs Thursday through Saturday. Downtown doesn’t do quiet, polished happy hours โ it does loud rooms with good pizza and a drink list that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
