White Whale occupies the former Downtown Cocktail Room space at 111 S Las Vegas Blvd โ an address that defined Las Vegas’s craft cocktail scene for years. Partners Daniel Yang and Evan Hosaka, veterans of Wakuda and the Cocktail Collective, built this room around Sam Ross’s philosophy: the bar takes the craft seriously but never itself.
