About this happy hour

Blue Ribbon built its name in New York on fish quality alone, and at Green Valley Ranch you get that same standard at happy hour prices. Hand rolls are $9 each, so order two or three: spicy tuna, salmon avocado, spicy crab, spicy scallop or kanikama California. Cocktails, wine and sake are all $8. Happy hour runs until 6 p.m. every day, long enough to actually plan your evening around it. And on November 12, Blue Ribbon is one of the restaurants serving at the Biggest Happy Hour in Las Vegas at Sunset Station for National Happy Hour Day.
