FONTAINEBLEAU HAPPY HOURS
Fontainebleau is a lovely resort but happy hours are not part of the program. Zero verified happy hours at the Fontainebleau right now. The property skews too upscale and too formal to have embraced the concept which is their choice and your reason to go somewhere else. Resorts World is across the Strip with some of the best happy hours on the north Strip. Circus Circus and the Westgate are steps away but miles apart in vibe but they’re there.

Fontainebleau Happy Hours Las Vegas – Frequently Asked Questions
Does Fontainebleau Las Vegas have a happy hour?
Fontainebleau Las Vegas does not currently have any verified happy hours. The property is one of the most upscale resorts to open on the Strip in recent years and the dining and bar program reflects that — formal, high-end, and not oriented toward happy hour pricing. Happy Hour Vegas monitors the Fontainebleau regularly. Check back as this can change. In the meantime Resorts World is directly across the Strip with multiple verified happy hours.
What happy hours are near Fontainebleau Las Vegas?
Resorts World Las Vegas is the closest and strongest option — directly across the Strip from Fontainebleau with several excellent verified happy hours including KUSA Nori, one of the best Japanese happy hours in Las Vegas. The Sahara is steps away with four verified options including Balla Italian Soul. Circus Circus and the Westgate are nearby if budget and accessibility are the priority. The north Strip has more verified happy hours than most visitors expect — Fontainebleau just isn’t contributing to that count yet.
Is Fontainebleau Las Vegas worth visiting?
As a resort experience — absolutely. The Fontainebleau is one of the most architecturally impressive properties on the Strip and the design, amenities, and overall experience are genuinely exceptional. As a happy hour destination — not yet. The property has set itself apart as an ultra-luxury experience and happy hour pricing doesn’t fit that positioning at the moment. If the Fontainebleau ever launches a happy hour program Happy Hour Vegas will verify and publish it immediately.
What is the difference between Fontainebleau and Resorts World for an upscale afternoon?
Both are high-end north Strip properties but they approach the afternoon experience differently. Resorts World has leaned into the upscale happy hour aperitivo concept — multiple verified venues with quality food, craft cocktails, and a welcoming bar culture. Fontainebleau is more formal and prix fixe in its orientation — the full experience at full price. For an upscale afternoon on the north Strip Resorts World is the better happy hour destination. For a special occasion dinner or a luxury hotel stay Fontainebleau is the stronger choice.
When did Fontainebleau Las Vegas open?
Fontainebleau Las Vegas opened in December 2023 after one of the most dramatic development stories in Las Vegas history. Construction began in 2007 but the project stalled during the 2008 financial crisis and sat unfinished for over a decade — an incomplete tower on the north Strip that became a symbol of Vegas’s boom-and-bust cycle. It was eventually completed and opened under new ownership as one of the tallest buildings in Nevada. The finished product is genuinely impressive and worth seeing even if you’re staying elsewhere.
