Come early enough to grab a patio seat and stay until the live music starts up in the park.
No reservation needed for happy hour, though the space is small โ inside is tight but comfortable; the patio is good for people-watching. Fair warning: it can get warm out there in summer. Grab a seat inside if you want to linger.
