*** CUT Las Vegas recently launched “Rough Cuts” in the CUT Lounge at The Palazzo โ billed as a fresh take on the social hour with a dynamic culinary experience. However, when we contacted the restaurant directly, we were told they do not currently offer a formal Social Hour program. We were able to book a reservation for Rough Cuts on Fridays and Saturdays, which suggests it may operate as a reservation-only experience on weekends rather than a traditional walk-in happy hour.
