Echo & Rig Happy Hour Henderson Menu with Prices
Every cocktail, wine, and beer runs $5 flat during the “Happiest Hour,” old-Vegas style. Food changes daily: Masa Monday brings steakhouse tacos, Wing Wednesday means dry-rub wings in sweet Hawaiian chile glaze, and Juicy Lucy Thursday stuffs a burger patty with cheddar. Whatever day you show up, there’s a reason to order.
Echo & Rig built its name on meticulously sourced beef and an in-house butcher shop, so a $5 happy hour here isn’t a corner-cutting move,ย it’s Chef Sam Marvin proving a steakhouse can still play fair on price without gutting quality. The District at Green Valley Ranch isn’t hurting for restaurants, but few let you drink and eat this well for this little, weekdays only. This is a different program from the Summerlin location’s long-running happy hour, so don’t assume the deals match as Henderson gets its own thing, and it’s worth the drive on its own.
