- Rigatoni alla Vodka โ $12 happy hour portion. Made with Tito’s, Calabrian chili on request.
- Sicilian Old Fashioned โ $10. Amaro Averna, Wild Turkey 101, spiced Demerara syrup. Serious cocktail for a happy hour price.

Gaetano’s opened in 2002 as one of the first fine dining restaurants in what was then a fast-growing part of Henderson, and the second generation โ Nick and Sarah Palmeri โ have earned Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence and certifications in mixology, spirits, and wine. The Reverse Happy Hour (8โ9 PM daily) is the underrated move: 50% off full dinner entrรฉes including the $60 filet and house made pastas, with any drink order. That’s a $30 filet.
