Hard Rock Cafe Happy Hour – Las Vegas Strip

We promised ourselves we’d never do a happy hour with a gift shop attached. Then we went to Hard Rock Cafe and broke that promise immediately, because this is exactly what you want from a rock and roll legend — three floors, an outdoor patio overlooking the Strip, live shows, and one of the most accessible happy hour menus on the entire Boulevard.
The chicken sliders ($10, three stuffed sliders with spicy honey and jalapeño coleslaw) are the move — shareable, filling, gone too fast. Cold beer, fresh cocktails, and a crowd that’s genuinely amped to be there. Recently refreshed too — new digital screen and guitar out front. Don’t confuse it with the Hard Rock Casino’s giant guitar still under construction further north.
Locals tip: skip the $22 Showcase Mall parking. Park free at MGM Grand or Park MGM and walk five minutes. Worth it, especially if you’re staying for live music.
