Twelve-dollar cocktails at a place that’s plating Wagyu and seafood towers for dinner. That’s the trick locals in Summerlin already know about Jing. Happy hour here isn’t a discount version of the restaurant, it’s the same room, the same bar, just before the crowd shows up.
Jing Happy Hour Menu with Prices
The Jing Tuna Pizza is the one people order twice. Crisp, wonton-thin base loaded with tuna and a citrus kick, built to be split at the bar. Add the Rock Shrimp Tempura, and grab a $12 signature cocktail or a glass of wine at the same price to wash it down. Beer runs even cheaper.

Jing opened in 2019 and has stayed one of the higher-rated names in the valley since, which is exactly why the happy hour matters. It’s a cost effective way into a restaurant most people save for a special occasion. Downtown Summerlin doesn’t have a shortage of upscale rooms, but not many let you sit at the bar for cocktails and sushi at a fraction of the dinner menu price. Get there early enough to grab a bar seat or outdoor patio, and you’ve got the good version of Jing without the reservation stress.
Happy hour runs daily from 3 to 6 PM at the bar and outdoor patio. Walk-ins welcome, though reservations are smart on weekends if you want a table instead.
