Le Thai Happy Hour
One of the original restaurants that pulled people off Fremont Street Experience and into Fremont East โ and it’s still one of the best reasons to be there. Le Thai Downtown happy hour runs MonโThu 4โ6pm and Saturday 11:30amโ4pm with discounted appetizers, cheap Asian beer, wine, and cocktails at one of Downtown Las Vegas’s most consistently praised Thai kitchens.
Le Thai Happy Hour Menu with Prices
- Waterfall Beef $12 โ marinated strips of beef with sticky rice and the house waterfall sauce; the dish Time Out Las Vegas called “addictive” and the one happy hour regulars order first
- Honey Garlic Wings $11 โ Thai-style wings tossed in honey garlic sauce with sriracha ranch; the bar snack that earns its own fan base
- Blooming Basil cocktail โ gin, lime, and Thai basil; a reviewer called it “super refreshing” and ordered a second one immediately

Chef Dan Coughlin’s menu is inspired by his Thailand-born mom and grandma โ the three-color curry (red, yellow, and green blended together), the homemade Thai noodle soup, and the waterfall sauce are all made from family recipes. Le Thai features an 800-square-foot beer garden and hosts local DJs, with a late-night menu running ThuโSat. The happy hour is how you get in the door for less. This place fills up fast. ๐ฟ
