Marufuku Ramen Happy Hour
Downtown Summerlin’s newest ramen spot ditched the shopping-mall food court vibe for firepits and a full sake list, and it’s already backing that up with a happy hour that runs seven days a week. Marufuku Ramen took over the old SkinnyFATS space at Downtown Summerlin, and unlike most Japanese happy hours in town that vanish after Friday, this one holds steady daily from 2-5pm.
Marufuku Ramen Happy Hour Menu
Start with the $6 Marufuku Sake (3oz), poured tableside in the brand’s signature style, alongside $2 off any small bite — the gyoza and takoyaki are the move. Cocktails run $8 (Old Fashioned, Iced Lychee Martini, Matcha Martini), wine is $5 (Cabernet, Brut, Sauvignon Blanc), and Sapporo or Asahi drafts are $5 a pour. House Nigori sake drops to $4 for the same 3oz.
Marufuku built its name in San Francisco’s Japantown before landing a second Vegas outpost here, and the Downtown Summerlin location leans into that pedigree with kushiyaki skewers and a patio built for slow afternoon drinking — a rarity for a ramen counter. It’s the kind of happy hour that makes sense for a neighborhood built around shopping breaks and early dinners: cheap sake, real Hakata broth on standby, and no wait for a table before 5pm. Get there while the daily window is still generous, because spots this consistent tend to get discovered fast.
Happy hour runs daily, 2-5pm, dine-in at the bar and patio. No reservation needed — just walk in before the after-work crowd catches on.
