Proper Bar sits at the center of Aria’s food hall, an oval bar with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and the desert beyond. It’s a genuinely good-looking room. The food hall around it โ Wexler’s Deli, Seoul Bird, and others โ means you can grab something serious to eat and then pull up a bar stool for the happy hour. The oyster price is the hook, but the setting is what makes it stick.
