Scotch 80 Prime at the Palms runs its Social Hour Monday through Thursday with 30% off some of the kitchen’s best dishes, which puts an 8 ounce filet for $50.40 and oysters at $17.50 for six.
Order This: the Brie Fondue ($11.20) and the Wedge salad ($12 range) are the table consensus winners, but if you’re going to do one splurge, it’s the 8 ounce ribeye cap at $45.50 or the 8 ounce filet at $50.40. One caveat worth knowing: entrรฉes do not get the discount if shared โ order your own or pay full price.
Named for a historic neighborhood near Downtown Las Vegas, Scotch 80 is the rare off-Strip steakhouse that punches at Strip level without the Strip attitude or the parking hassle โ free parking and valet are available at the Palms. Chef Marty Lopez calls it “pricing from 10 years ago” on the same high-end dishes. That’s the deal. Show up early for the oysters before they run out.
Social Hour runs Monday through Thursday, 5โ7 PM. No ticket required, but note that holiday nights are sometimes excluded โ check before you go.
