Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar Happy Hour
Vibrant Island Vibes: Tommy Bahama’s Marlin Bar Happy Hour
I’ve seen my share of dives. Real, grimy, authentic Vegas dives. Places where the clientele is as colorful as the drinks. But sometimes, a man needs a little respite. A place where the sun shines, the drinks are cold, and the worries of the world melt away.
Enter the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar happy hour at Town Square. It’s a peculiar little oasis in the middle of the desert, a place where the air is thick with the scent of coconut oil and the sound of live music (everyday 5-9pm). It’s the kind of place where you can spend an entire day, shopping, eating, drinking, and generally forgetting about the harsh realities of life.
I’m not one for malls, mind you. But Town Square is different. It’s got a certain laid-back charm, a tropical vibe that’s a far cry from the neon-lit madness of the Strip. And at its heart, there’s the Marlin Bar Happy Hour.
The bar itself is a sight to behold. It’s a long, winding affair, with plenty of seating both indoors and out. The outdoor patio is particularly pleasant, with its cooling towers and heat lamps on those chillier happy hours. It’s the perfect place to while away an afternoon, sipping on a cold drink and watching the world go by.
Tommy Bahama Happy Hour Menu
The drink menu is extensive, with everything from classic cocktails to tropical concoctions. I’m a fan of the $11 Baja Margarita, a spicy, citrusy delight that packs a punch. But if you’re not in the mood for alcohol, there are plenty of other options. The $8 Faux-jito is a refreshing non-alcoholic drink that tastes just like the real thing.
The Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar happy hour menu is equally impressive. There’s something for everyone, from light snacks to full-on meals. I’m a particular fan of the coconut shrimp, which is crispy and flavorful. The fish tacos are also excellent, as is the mahi-mahi sandwich. NOTE – There is no food Happy hour menu but you can order from the regular menu. The Happy Hour Menu has drinks only.
