Mon Ami Gabi Happy Hour
Watch the Bellagio fountains erupt while you drink a $10.95 Rose – la plage, ’24 on the Strip’s best patio โ and you’re doing it during a happy hour that didn’t exist a few weeks ago. Mon Ami Gabi just launched L’Apรฉro, and it’s the rare Strip happy hour built for people who actually live here, not just tourists passing through Paris Las Vegas.
L’Apรฉro runs Monday through Thursday, 3-5pm, in the Pavilion and Pavilion Bar only.
Mon Ami Gabi Happy Hour Menu with Prices
Oysters on the half shell at $2.50 each, baked goat cheese for $8.95, or the prime cheeseburger sliders and frites at $13.95 โ still a real plate of food, not a shrunken sample. Round it out with a tartine (the chicken liver pรขtรฉ is the one to try) at $5.95, or $20.95 for all four flavors, and wash it down with a $6.95 biรฉre or a glass of wine in the $10.95-$12.95 range.

A French bistro doing happy hour on Las Vegas Boulevard, with a direct sightline to the Bellagio fountains, sounds like it should cost twice as much. It doesn’t, at least not for two hours, four days a week. That’s the trade Strip restaurants make when the neighborhood is all tourists and conventioneers: give locals and early-arriving guests a reason to sit down before the dinner rush prices kick back in. Mon Ami Gabi’s been doing the French-bistro-on-the-Strip thing since 1999; this is just the first time they’ve made it worth doing before 5pm.
Reservations are recommended but walk-ins are welcome. Grab a patio seat if you want the fountain view, or take a seat inside if the Strip noise isn’t your thing.
